There are four tracts in this auction. Tract 1 is being offered individually only. Tracts 2 and 3 are being offered individually and in combination as Tract 4 and will sell in whichever format garners the most proceeds. We will take the high bids from Tract 2 and Tract 3, add a $75,000 escalator and that is where the bidding will begin for Tract 4. If there are no bids on Tract 4, Tracts 2 and 3 will sell separately.

TRACT 4 (Combination of Tracts 2 and 3)

Totaling 279 acres more or less, this tract is the crown jewel of the auction for the grain producer. You’ll appreciate the efficiency, long rows and good drainage this property possesses. There’s approximately 243 acres currently in crop production with the balance being mostly in waterways with a light amount of timber. Driving Directions: From Cameron, take Walnut St. north for 1 mile and veer left onto State Hwy EE, continuing north 1/4 mile to Rogers Rd. and turn west. Proceed 1/2 mile and the property is on the north side.
