Auction Details: This auction will begin online on May 8th at 12:00 p.m. with the live auction beginning at 7:00 p.m. on May 10th which will be held in the Coffey County Courthouse basement which is located at 110 S. 6th St., Burlington, Kansas.  The online auction will transition to a webcast auction on May 10th at 7:00 p.m.  If you are interested in continuing to bid once the auction transitions, you must be active on the auction platform.

Closing and Possession: Full possession shall be at closing, on or before June 11th, 2024.

Earnest Money: $10,000 due on the day of the auction.
