The crop fields are in the east 1/2 and possess a gentle slope from east to west providing good drainage. The total cropland acreage is 45.58 acres according to FSA records. The majority soil type within the tillable portions is Kenoma silt loam with Zaar silty clay and Eram silty clay loam composing the balance of this tract. Transitioning to the west half of the property, you’ll find a beautiful meadow with timbered draws bisecting it from north to south and a sizable pond near the west boundary. With some fence work, the grass portion of this offering could be used to graze livestock if that better suits your desires.
